Office Visits
To help our clinic run on time and provide our patients with the best care possible, we ask that our patients schedule their appointments in advance and arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled visit. If you are late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit so that our providers can function in a timely manner for all patients.
If you are a new patient, please fill out the New Patient Packet before you come to the clinic.
Message and Call Back Policy
We strive to provide the best in patient care and want to address any questions or concerns you have in a timely manner. Our nursing staff will return phone calls within 1-2 business days.
Prescription Refill Policy
Please contact your pharmacy directly regarding refills. If you are out of refills, you will need to schedule an appointment with a provider to determine next steps.
No Show Policy
If you can't make your scheduled appointment, please contact our office 24 hours in advance to cancel/reschedule your visit.
If you fail to cancel/show up for your appointment, you will be reminded of our no-show policy.
If you fail to cancel/show-up a second time, you will be charged a $50 fee.
Should you wish to schedule a third appointment, you will be asked to make a non-refundable payment for your visit in advance.
Lab Results
Your lab results will be posted to your patient portal as soon as they become available. If you need help setting up your patient portal, please contact our front office at 402-991-1975. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your lab results, please contact our office to schedule an appointment.
Should you need any follow-up, you may receive a postcard asking you to schedule an appointment to discuss your results and treatment plan.

Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. William A. Ingram, MD, PC accepts cash, checks and most major credit cards. While we accept most commercial insurance as well as Medicare, Tricare and Medicaid, it is YOUR responsibility to check with your individual carrier to determine your individual plan's coverage, as each plan varies.
Please note that if any outside lab services are required, you will receive a separate bill from the Lab that performed the service. For additional information, please view our Financial Policy here.
